It’s true, they are!  So you could almost say that we create life, through our highly inspired, kick-ass taco’s, served on our handmade tortillas! We blend the art of traditional street tacos, with progressive ingredient choices and hand crafted corn tortillas, to create an “Electric Circus” in your mouth!

Chef d’ Cuisine & Head Taco Slayer

Chef Mike has over 15 years of restaurant and culinary leadership experience, most recently serving as the senior sous chef at our sister restaurant, Amber Ox Public House. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of Virginia, Mike’s food styles are rustic, refined, and yet a little “rock & roll”.  While he isn’t throwing down in the kitchen, Chef Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, new born baby girl, fishing, gardening, and shucking oysters with the good ole boys of Gloucester! This dude can cook his ass off, and his tacos are so good, they will put you in a state of gastronomic euphoria. Seriously!
