FORTUNE & GLORY
It’s what we all search for in life: Fortune & Glory. With beer, we search for the holy grail of drinkability, flavor, balance and beauty. Many believe that the crowing style for all of these things in the Bohemian Pilsner. We brewed this Pilsner with German floor malted Pilsner malt, floral and spicy Czech Saaz hops, and a touch of German specialty malt for depth and body. Fermented and lagered extremely cool with a classic lager yeast strain, and 100% naturally carbonated from “spunding”. This beer is unfiltered, yet extremely clear for a clean drinking experience with full flavor and body. We experience fresh-baked warm bread and honey, fresh cut deep green grass, and lemon balm in our most elegant lager to date.
Our first, and best Italian Style Pilsner. Argomento dall’Autorita, translated to ‘Argument From Authority’. Modeled after the first Italian craft brewery’s flagship pils, Argomento is totally unfined and unfiltered, using Italian grown Eraclea variety malt, and brewed with whole leaf Tettnanger hops. With an extremely soft water profile and a light dry-hopping with Styrian Celeia and Saaz, we get an elegantly fluffy and soft Pils, with stone fruit and Meyer lemon on the nose, with a mild, sweet herbaceousness mid palate.

DOUBLE IPA nonsensical monsterS
We received a colorful Untappd review from a customer that stated, “the brewers should stay away from nonsense in the descriptions. Sounds bad.” In direct response to this kind gentleman, we are creating a series of double IPAs called, “Nonsensical Monsters.” These beer names are going to be entirely made-up monsters with elaborate backstories that are sure to contain even more nonsense and contain nothing that relates to the beer. This is for you, sir.
The Grabbleflerb started life as a dust bunny thrown out by a bus boy at Cracker Barrel sometime in the late 80s. As time went on, the winds blew and blew the Grabbleflerb and it gained mass and complexity as it collected more and more dirt and dust into itself. Eventually, time, environmental pressures, and the instinctual need for survival allowed the Grabbleflerb to grow functioning appendages and rudimentary eyes. Due to its familiarity of restaurant dumpsters, the Grabbleflerb flits between fast food back parking lots, growing stronger on discarded Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos and half-eaten Chick-n strips. It is known to harass cars full of teenagers after their soccer games, and can only be appeased with iodized salt packets and barbeque sauce. This DIPA is bursting with pineapple, berries, white peaches and starfruit character from Simcoe lupulin powder, Pekko and Azacca hops and a dry, yet characterful yeast strain.
A 100% American Malt lager with bright yet soft grain, a mild sweetness, low bitterness, and medium body that moves into a crisp and effervescent finish. Extremely satisfying and refreshing, it’s worth more, but you don't have to pay more. It’s a cheap beer made the best way we can for the discerning yet economically conscious palate.
This is our tribute to the American light rice lager. Under 100 calories for a 12 Oz serving and around 3 grams of carbs. American two row malt and flaked rice in the mash and just a small bittering addition to make it crisp. It’s dry, crushable, and effervescent. Perfect for after you kick a homerun or hit a hoop goal. This beer is for those about to get the points.
